01 / HOW IT WORKSFIVE STEPS

Follow one job through the shop.

From the prepress folder to the press, the shop floor screen and your customer.

  1. Files dropped in a folder become jobs, with preview and ink coverage.

  2. Scheduled on an offset or a flexo press. Nothing to retype.

  3. Presets the ink keys, then corrects after each measurement.

  4. Status, output and alerts on one screen. Color grades from ColorLoop presses.

  5. Performance in any browser. Customers follow their jobs through a secure link.

Prepress files arrive. Files dropped in a folder become jobs, with preview and ink coverage.

STEP 1 OF 5

The file arrives.

Prepress drops files in a watched folder. ColorConnect rebuilds the color preview, separation by separation, and calculates the ink coverage of each plate.

STEP 2 OF 5

The job goes to press.

Assigned to a press and a date, it appears on the production calendar.

STEP 3 OF 5

Ready in ColorLoop.

The operator finds the same job, ready, in ColorLoop. Nothing to retype.

STEP 4 OF 5

Production reports live.

Status, speed, sheets and color quality, press by press.

STEP 5 OF 5

Your customer follows the job.

A different process. One view.

  • Jobs prepared from the same prepress files
  • Each flexo press on the production calendar
  • Connections to your presses confirmed during the project
03 / COLOR HISTORYFROM COLORLOOP PRESSES

Every job keeps its color history.

Measured sheets, how fast the color reached tolerance, the average color deviation and the A to E grade given by ColorLoop.

Sample record

Job 2417 · Folding carton · Press 2

  • In toleranceafter 40 sheets
  • Average deviation1.2 ΔE
  • Color historySaved with each measured sheet
Color difference (ΔE) per measured sheet

Grades come only from presses equipped with ColorLoop.

ColorLoop grades the job at the press. ColorConnect keeps the grade and the color history with the job, so the whole team sees them.
