ColorLoop runs on a PC next to the press console. It works in three steps.

Preset

Ink-key settings calculated from the plates, paper and ink, sent to the console before the first sheet.

Measure

Your operator scans the color bar with IntelliTrax2.

A color-coded view shows where each ink zone sits against its target.

STEP 03

Correct

Each ink zone is compared with its target and the corrections go to the console, after each measured sheet, pull after pull.

ColorLoop saves the data only when the color is stable. Validated settings improve the next presets.

    Compatibility is reviewed for your press, console and measurement system. The published sheetfed setup uses IntelliTrax2. Tell us what you have; equipment is only included when specified in the proposal.

    Does the operator keep control?

    Yes. The operator can lock individual ink keys, adjust the correction response or turn automatic corrections off.

    What is included with ColorConnect?

    We define the scope with you. Advanced analytics, planning, customer access and packaging reporting depend on module availability, license and configuration. Explore ColorConnect.
